Iron Mountain is located off of Highway 52 in Dahlonega, Georgia, in the beautiful mountains of North Georgia. We are a 4,300 acre outdoor recreation facility with 150+ miles of off-road trails to explore!
At Iron Mountain, we're all about getting outside and exploring off-road! We have 150 miles of GPS marked and mapped, one-way directional trails. Iron Mountain also offers specific areas and trails for Jeeps and full-sized 4x4 vehicles, single track for dirt bikes, and a dedicated obstacle course area coming in March!
The Park is OPEN 7 days a week and Restaurant is OPEN Thursday- Sunday. Helmets ARE REQUIRED on all Rental side-by-sides, ATVs, and dirt bikes, even in the parking lots. In full size vehicles such as trucks or Jeeps, seatbelts are required but not helmets, this does include personal side-by-sides.

Bring your own machine
You can either bring your own Jeep, side-by-side, quad, or dirt bike to hit the trails. If you don't own a machine, no problem! We offer a full rental fleet of side-by-sides to choose from for day or weekend rentals!

We have a full rental fleet of CAN-AM & Yamaha Side-by-Sides available! Choose your machine and take off for a day-long adventure on our trails. Helmets, fuel, and washout included. Click for more rental information, prices, and availability.
Rental Info
Rentals are priced per day and include the rental of the machine, a tank of gas, and washing the machine afterwards. Rental period is 9 AM - 5 PM. If you would like to add additional days to your rental, please speak to a park staff or contact the park at 706-216-7275 to update your reservation.
Deposit info:
A $2500 deposit is required on major credit card for each rental unit. This fee is waived if the rental is returned in its original condition. Renter is responsible for all damages incurred to the UTV while in the renter’s possession. You must be 24 years old or older to drive an Iron Mountain rental machine, no one under 3 is allowed on our rentals. Valid driver’s license required.
